A time to grieve and be heard.
I understand that right now, your head and heart are overcome with shock and sadness. Everything feels like so much effort, you just know you are in for the fight of your life during this stormy season.
I'm not saying it will be easy, or that it won’t come with many roadblocks, unknowns, and moments of real muck.
But what I am saying is that you do not have to face these feelings all on your own.
With me as your therapist, I will be by your side as you redefine what it means to live life after loss.

By using specialized approaches through talk therapy, art therapy, and Eco-Art Therapy, you will be supported in sorting out your bag of grief, feeling safe to cry it out, and create a cope with living through this season.

As we gather together in nature, all sorts of beautiful things can happen from within. I can’t wait for you to experience what it’s like to be with the memory of your loved one, and feel their love in your footsteps as you move through life.
